Personalized Products

Because many of our products are personalized or custom-made, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Personalized Products

Unused, non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

➤ Returned in its original packaging

➤ Accompanied by proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
